I was born in Moscow, Russia and moved to the Netherlands when I was young. I received my law degree at the Hague University. I finished my internship at a large international oil and mining company in Amsterdam, where I continued working for 7 years. This is where I obtained most of my experience. More recently I took a more mercenary approach by working for a legal service provider, in order to widen my experience.

My studies covered a variety of legal subjects, but I have come to specialize in the practical application of corporate law (both Dutch and International) and corporate secretarial disciplines. I will ensure that your business runs in compliance with the statutory requirements and that you have a workable group structure, as the case my require. Although I studied Dutch law, I have experience with the management of projects in other countries across the world. I am looking to expand my expertise with contract law in the future.

I also have an interest in creative projects, with the banner of this website and the “written works” section serving as some examples, though I prefer to keep that side separate from my professional life. Writing, drawing and strumming an occasional tune are my creative outlets.
